My Journey

A brief story of how I decided to start this journey as Engineering manager.

During my whole live, I always wanted to share my experience with others.

I started as QA engineer long time ago 😅, during that time I help to build the QA Meetup chapter in Costa Rica, where a group of passionate QA engineers decided to share what we had learned with others by hosting meetup events having some talks and share some pizzas together.

When I initially talked to my manager about switching roles and becoming an associate Engineering Manager, I said to her:

"I'll document my experiences so we can use my case as example for other people who wants to follow the same path as me"

And this is reason I started this blog so I hope this can help others and maybe they don't make the same mistakes as I did.
